All appointments require a 10% non-refundable deposit at time of booking to secure your place. The remainder of the balance is due any time up to before the appointment.
We cover Andover, Salisbury, Winchester and surrounding areas. Further travel may require a fuel premium.
We are happy to attend appointments where children may be present, but please inform us in advance so we may take extra caution and allow extra time.
We understand that cancellations may occur, however we require more than 24 hours notice for cancellations without penalty. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% of service charge. Multiple “no-shows” or last minute cancellations may result in refusal of service.
Due to insurance and child safety, we will not offer extension or acrylic services to anyone aged under 15, gel polish under 12 and any other services under 10.
At time of booking please inform us if there is any old product to be removed.
Infill price is for clients who return within 3 weeks only.
We can accept cash, card or Paypal.
We do not offer refunds, only repairs or removal. Within 48 hours of treatment and as a result of artist work this will be free, otherwise a charge will apply.
GDPR: At your first appointment we are required to take basic details including the state of your nails and any health complications that may affect them. We use nail appointment cards which due to insurance and legal requirements we are expected to keep for 7 years after your last appointment. These are kept secured in line with regulated practices. We will not pass your details to any third party, except for insurance in case of a claim. We do not use your information for anything further than appointment related matters. You have the right to see any the information we hold on you at any time.
